Our team provides one-on-one support, ensuring residents meet their self-defined objectives, while group activities emphasize the importance of physical and mental health synergy. Our ultimate objective is to equip our residents with the skills necessary for a disciplined self-care regimen post-departure.

Our licensed nutritionist crafts balanced meal plans, enriching residents with the knowledge of nutritious foods like fruits, lean meats, and vegetables. With ingredients on hand, residents are empowered to prepare meals aligned with their health objectives.

Our facilities operate on our structured schedule which promotes healthy habits like journaling and exercise. This equips residents with tools to combat cravings and embrace wellness practices during their stay and in their personal lives upon completion of the program.

AA Meetings

Residents participate in bi-weekly AA meetings, fostering connections with peers and sponsors while navigating the twelve steps with the Big Book, which is readily available on-site. Journal prompts in group sessions are closely aligned with these steps, enhancing the recovery journey.
